handles Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we will guarantee a refund providing the item is returned in “as new condition” within a further 14 days.  The cost and type of shipping for returning the order will be your responsibility. We recommend you used a tracked service as the refund will not be provided until the parcel is received back to our premises.

Overseas returns

Please write on the packaging that the item is a return to avoid customs charges. Failure to do so incurs customs charges that we are not liable for, as a result, we will deduct any such fees from your refund amount.

You can return an item even if you just don’t like it* as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving the parcel. However, all non-faulty items must be unused, and in exactly the same condition as you received them.

Packing your returns

Please reuse the original packaging when returning items to us.
We will not accept items that are not in their original condition or have been damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.

**Bespoke handles or handles without finish made to special order cannot be refunded, unless there is a fault with the product.

How to complete your return?

  1. Notify us that you are wanting to return the items within 14 days of receiving them. Please email at info@byronandgomez.co.uk

  2. Send the parcel to Byron & Gomez - Unit 3, Deans Cross Farm, Lydeard St. Lawrence, Taunton, TA4 3QN.

  3. We will notify you when the parcel has arrived at our premises.

  4. Confirmation and refund will be sent back to the original payment method.
