This piece was developed as part of a furniture collection designed by us for the client's villa in St, Tropez ,France.
We worked closely with the architects/interior designers to design a visually soft and minimal collection of work that included handmade artisanal detailing throughout. Our clients wanted to offer their clients beautifully made and unique pieces of furniture that would sit effortlessly in their newly refurbished villa.
The use of natural meterials and commissioning work from skilled artisans was of utmost importance to maintain the integrity of their vision through the entire home.
The bandsaw textured fronts offer a beautiful and playful combination of light and shadow framed by the beaded front edge of the carcass.
The cabinet sits in a strong under-frame featuring traditional bridle joints.
