All pulls supplied with M4 brass pan head machine screws.
Ceramic - for daily cleaning use a damp cloth. Otherwise, please remove the handles from the cabinets and wash the ceramic component with soapy water.
Metal- (live finishes) Although we prefer the live finishes to age naturally, there are ways you can clean and re-polish. (please remove from doors if doing any of the procedures described)
1. Waxed Satin Brass-We create this finish by hand, using fine abrasive pads. The metal is then heated and given a coat of protective wax. With time and use the finish will react to its environment and develop its own patina. They can be returned to their original look by cleaning with an abrasive pad such as those made by Scotchbrite (we use a VFN-A grade which is maroon in colour). A coat of wax will re-protect the surface after cleaning.
2. Bronze Patinated Brass.-This finish is achieved by patinating the metal and then relieving the finish by hand with gentle abrasive pads to accentuate the highlights. They are then heated and finished with a coat of wax which improves the lustre and provides some initial protection. They can be cleaned with mild detergent and a non-abrasive cloth and then re-waxed…or just left todo their own thing, it’s up to you.
